DHL Middle East Service

DHL Freight developed the first road network between Europe and the Middle East. This has led to lower costs and easier processes than with air freight, as well as shorter transit times than ocean freight, at a comparable cost. The Middle East now has an attractive alternative to air and ocean freight.

All European shipments are consolidated in 13 major gateways and forwarded to the Transit Center in Istanbul by scheduled trucking services. All administrative work (transit customs clearance, steering, monitoring and tracing) for all shipments is executed by DHL Freight experts.

In the Middle East region, we run 16 major distribution centers and numerous local terminals, making us the region’s preferred logistics provider for companies of all size. Our state-of-the-art infrastructure makes DHL the right choice, even for high risk products, temperature-sensitive goods and perishables as well as hazardous goods in limited quantities.
